Janet has gained a reputation as the Trust's "dangerous sports enthusiast", having tried her hand at hang gliding, formula one motor racing, windsurfing, go-karting and ice hockey to name a few. Despite a growing catalogue of injuries, she is still a fanatical skier and snowboarder, a PADI qualified scuba diver and has recently gained a RYA dinghy sailing qualification. She also enjoys hiking in the mountains, cycling and the more sedate skills associated with dressmaking and other craft activities.
