	Margaret Oliver IT Manager Margaret provides IT support and maintenance for the WSET ensuring the right infrastructure is in place to take the Trust into the 21st century.

	Graham Bourke Database Manager Graham builds and manages all of the Trust's Databases.

	Nicolla Greaves AIWS Institute of Wines & Spirits Co-ordinator Nicolla runs the Institute of Wines & Spirits, bringing diploma students and graduates around the world together. She also manages the WSET website.

	Jorge Perdomo Facilities Assistant Jorge has numerous roles including preparing the lecture rooms for lessons, maintenance of the building and security.
