button onlineThe London Wine & Spirit School offers an online distance learning option for the wine enthusiast who wishes to study for pleasure and for those who wish to gain a WSET qualification but find that it is difficult to attend regular classes at the School.

Please note that examinations for the qualification courses are only available at the London Wine & Spirit School in London Bridge with limited additional dates in Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Buenos Aires for Diploma only.

Great Grapes of the World Course
A fascinating course to introduce you to the world of wine without the need to take a formal examination.  You will study the characteristics of the major grape varieties and gain an understanding of the main styles of wines. You will also be able to check your learning through online tests.  Your course will start from the date that you register, courses need to be completed within 4 months.

WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits

This is an advanced level course suitable for anyone wishing to gain in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits and builds upon the knowledge gained at Intermediate level.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Anyone wishing to enroll on the Advanced course will either hold the Intermediate Certificate or can demonstrate knowledge at Intermediate level through completion of the ADVANCED ENTRY TEST.

WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines & Spirits

This is a course suitable for the wine and spirit professional wishing to progress in their career or a wine enthusiast who wishes to gain a professional business insight and gain greater depth of knowledge of wines and spirits. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The Advanced Certificate is the required entry qualification for this course and it will be assumed you have a full understanding of all subjects studied as part of this qualification. 

If you hold the International Higher Certificate you MUST complete the DIPLOMA ENTRY EXAM before you can book onto a Diploma course.

The course is at degree level and requires substantial time commitments from those undertaking it and it requires a student to demonstrate use of higher level skills for example in research, analysis and report writing.
