The Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation (AWBC) in association with the WSET provide an annual Wine Australia travel scholarship to students displaying outstanding knowledge, understanding and interest of the Australian Wine Industry. The scholarship was offered to students studying in mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong and Korea. |
The winning candidate will spend 2 weeks in Australia. In the first week the scholarship winner will visit key regions and wineries. The second week the student will gain a unique insight into the Australian wine industry by completing a one week work placement with a top industry organisation or company.
