Join us to experience a unique selection of spirits from Japan including Honkaku Shochu & Kuzu Awamori. This selection of Japanese spirits, most of which are not currently available commercially in the UK, provide a wonderful insight into the unique range of flavours and textures available in Japanese spirits.
These spirits feature in the WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits, and the tasting will be accompanied by a brief discussion of the production processes and cultural significance of Shochu & Awamori.
Audience:
This event is open to all spirits trade professionals (bartenders, retail, distributor, press etc.) and all Level 3 Award in Spirits students (past and present).
